DMCA Policy

Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

WordForge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the requirements set forth below.

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that any content on WordForge infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@wordforge.in with the subject line "DMCA Notice." Your notice must include the following information (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, please provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — The exact URL or description of where the infringing material is located on WordForge.
  3. Your contact information — Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of good-faith belief — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Statement of accuracy— A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Physical or electronic signature — The signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed from WordForge in error or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Identification of the removed material and its former location
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake
  3. Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district
  5. Your physical or electronic signature

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright, in appropriate circumstances.

Response Time

We aim to respond to DMCA notices within 5 business days of receipt. Complex cases may take longer. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice and inform you of our decision.

No Automated Submissions

Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. Do not submit automated or templated DMCA notices without first reviewing the actual content on WordForge.
